Today is the last day to register for the Episcopal Women's Council annual meeting in Oacoma at Cedar Shores Resort on Friday, October 5, beginning at 10:30 AM. A registration form can be found in the last SD Church News or on this WEB SITE in the WOMEN'S COUNCIL section.
We like to know how many to plan for the luncheon as we must give the Resort a count. HOWEVER, SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO ATTEND AT THE LAST MINUTE, PLEASE COME. The meeting and program will be well worth your coming.

Wake and funeral services for Senior Catechist JoAnne Red Fox will be as follows: a one night wake on Friday night , September 21st at the Blue Gym in Little Eagle, followed by the funeral service on Saturday, Sept 22 also at the Blue Gym. Your prayers for her and her family are requested and appreciated.

Fr. Paul Sneve was notified by Jean Marrs (Rapid City) that she took Jim into the hospital for emergency surgery on September 18. They removed a tumor from Jim's brain (just behind his left eye.) He will be in ICU for a few days to a week depending on his speed of recovery. Please keep Fr. Jim and his family in your prayers.
